Every year, osteopaths have a duty to maintain knowledge through post-graduate courses. I have done several courses which allows me to continuously grow, develop my skills and therefore remain relevant on current research.

Personal background
I’ve had the opportunity to grow in the Middle East and Europe throughout my childhood even if I call Belgium my home. I spent my youth horse riding, swimming and playing badminton which I have continued to this day.
I discovered osteopathy when I received treatment at 16, for headaches, neck pain and stiffness. The osteopath was able to piece together my symptoms which I experienced for a year. Through her expert knowledge she managed to link what I felt to a wisdom teeth extraction that had caused my jaw and head to tense. After a couple of sessions, all my symptoms had gone and I instantly knew I wanted to pursue a career where I could alleviate pain and empower patients to reach their goals the same way it had for me.
In 2018, my training at the University College of Osteopathy (UCO) in London began. This degree challenged my understanding of the human body and thus evolved the vision I had of health.
After qualifying with a Masters in Osteopathy in July 2022, I went on to continue studying at the Osteopathic Centre for Animals based in Wantage, Oxfordshire. It seemed like a natural path to follow considering I grew up surrounded by animals.
When I’m not in clinic, I enjoy playing badminton, the violin or simply reading a book in a cozy cafe tucked away in Oxford.
